Proactively develop and evolve strategic sourcing strategies while working in parallel to develop an ongoing talent pipeline to make a positive impact on hiring goals.• Gather and maintain market research on industries, skill sets and competitors to strategically advise key stakeholders on the talent market landscape.• Acts as a thought leader to challenge cross-functional teams, elevate performance, and ensure continuous improvement throughout.• Proactively seeks and establishes new relationships within the organization to drive cross functional collaboration at all levels.• Drives implementation of dynamic sourcing vision to enable optimal results.
