Day job (EMEA + APAC):* Lead the sale, partner with GTM, or support the wider team on key deals across EMEA and APAC, with SVP nominated Accounts.* Define optimal deal constructs, pricing strategies and geo-specific price points, draft commercial terms, assess customer business value and impact to customer cash flow.* Coordinate cross-functionally (ie. Product, Infosec, Partner, Tech Partner resell) to ensure commercial readiness.* Voice of customer CxO internally.* Tune pipeline accuracy in partnership with SalesOps.* Feedback loop internally with Deal Strategy Playbook, including template pitch decks, CFO plays, pricing tools and benchmarking.Night job (Global):* Lead global “Dynamic Deal Scoring” project, interlock with CPQ, Commissions, IT and Data Analytics teams, for pricing and commercial terms best practice. Anticipate new SKU introductions from M&A activity or new product introductions, and align teams on pricing expectations with Quarterly updates.* Co-lead Global Account Management programme with SalesOps, defining mandate, partnering on Account plans, pipeline of key deals, and feedback loop with Success in-life.* Co-lead global “Run the Business” items around promos, pricing and deal approvals, innovative deal constructs, commercial terms best practice, commercials presentment, negotiation planning.* Lead new SKU initiatives with Pricing & Packaging, feedback from markets, and look around the corner at unintended consequences with comp interlock.* Troubleshoot anomalies with Head of Sales.Skunkworks:* Coach and partner with Deal Desk, share best practice, ensure coverage model and deliver deal and process-specific feedback to leaders.* Framework agreements, BPO Playbooks, consumption-based models and Managed Services (milestone-based SaaS + Pro-Serve).
