职责业绩：1、协调处理客诉，优化医院与客人之间的关系2、配合医生开诊时间及客流量，编排客服人员排班3、协助市场部开发拓展工作4、协助编写门诊部英文宣传文案5、负责开展商业医疗公司合作协议签订和维护6、制定客服人员工作标准规章、激励制度和评选审核标准7、规划客户体验满意度提升机制，定期修订改善整体客服服务质量提升。

1. Cooperate with the CEO in the establishment of the medical clinic, and the application of clinical permit; tasks including pre-authorization of establishment, naming confirmation, renovation permit and the reception of the permit in operation.2. Responsible in budgeting, purchasing, maintain and keeping of clinical equipments.3. Responsible for planning in human resource arrangement, such as head hunt, organization chart design and job training.4. Responsible in making company policies and rules; and make sure they are properly functioned.5. Design various types of service/ work flow, maintain proper infection control and bio-safety measures; ensure information security were kept at all time.6. Initiate clinic’s annual work plan, and coordinate among departments to ensure the plan can be establish on schedule.7. Coordinate health examination to the communities, schools and business firms.8. Responsible for receiving the supervision and inspection of the superior Administrative Department, and updating the system of the center according to the request of superiors.9. Responsible for supervising the safety and quality of all kinds of inspection items, checking outpatient quality, urging staff to strictly implement the rules and regulations of the center, and provide humanized service.10. Responsible for arranging the marketing activities and promotion work of outpatient center, actively explore the market and enlarge market share.

1、Communicate with customer regarding to complains, optimize the relationship between the hospital and the customers. 2、Confirm and ensure all administrative documents are up-to-date and release on time3、Assist doctors fulfil all the procedures for reporting for duty or separation; estimate employee under probation and determine their eligibility 4、Arrange both doctors’ and administration personnel’s monthly schedule under senior management’s supervision 5、Implementation of the doctors’ benefits, such as the release of holiday gifts 6、Enroll in the administration management processes 6.1、Join the establish of policy, procedures and charts 6.2、Join the construction of administrative process standardize ISO documentation 6.3、Join the preparation & record for IMC related meetings 7、Coordinate and operate the join-consult projects for the invited special clinic doctors 8、Initiate & organize the project of International Medical Service Center 9、Cooperate with the Insurance department in handling the direct billing/ claim business for the customers with high-end medical insurances 9.1、Regularly contact the insurance companies, keep marketing information updated both sides for the hospital and the insurance companies 9.2、Act on behalf of the clients to retrieve their benefit coverage information, in order to ensure their visit at the hospital to be smooth passed 9.3、Prepare the price quotation for the application of pre-authorization letter of high value check-up item, such as: MRI, CT scans, and the specialty surgeries 9.4、Keep track of the payment terms, and to make sure all payment are made accordingly 10、Organize and maintain cooperation model between the hospital and the doctor’s group (Dr. Smile/ Dr. Ferguson) 11、Set up the department’s monthly revenue target and monitor the accomplish rate accordingly 12、Finish other tasks assigned by the department director

oResponsible for establish and manage strong-bonded customer relationship oSurvey the related market; establish and maintain solid connections with manufacturing companies. oEnsure the processes from taking order to receiving payment are completed accordingly. oPrepare periodical report to reflect current market trend/ change. oUpdate customer profile and forecast report. oResponsible for connecting the customer to the upstream supplier. oManage the balance between customer’s demand and company inventory. oProvide prompt response and up-to-date information to fulfill inquiries from different departments of the customer companies’.

* Responsible for direction and management of all routes for the armour vehicles. * Responsible for management of transfer records of all parcels among financial institute customers and businesses customers. * Assist in confirming, filing and verifying the system record of the transactions with the actual received/ delivered parcels. * Ensure all firearms are handed out upon demands by the employees on duty, and returned in place from the employees off duty. * Communicate with the Operation, and the customer with special occasions need extra deliveries due to numerous of reasons by demand.
