In addition to my law practice, I have served as General Counsel, Senior Vice-President, and President for the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce, as well as serving as Judge Pro Tem in San Bernardino County.After 30 years of practice, I am now engaged as a mediator with IVAMS and will assist with resolution on employment law and business disputes, class action cases, discrimination, harassment and personal injury matters.In 2000, I was named Small Business Person of the Year by the City of Rancho Cucamonga and was so acknowledged by county, state, and federal officials.Younger & Associates has defended major companies in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Orange Counties.
