Deploy and deliver to annual plan and financial results including targets on service, costs, productity, quality, innovation and OSHE.Lead site to develop and implement continuous improvement plans to deliver site targets, improvement ways of working, service models, long term plan, resources deplovement and deployment, restructuring, re-engineering, management of employee relations.

Overall responsibility for all priduction and internal logistc operations in the site.Strive toward continuous improvements in production and internal logistics based on the company's Manufacturing Exexelence guidelines and TPM methodology.Lead closely with Supply planning Manager the long term master resourse planning in support of future growth plan for site/brands.Lead closely with site maintenance Manager to ensure having sufficient capacity in the factory to fulfill factory commitments and proper customer service and a robust maintenance system.Manage implementation of innovation plans within the factory and delivery to agreed rump up plans.Ensure that all activities are carried out with company's Safety standards and quality standards.Manage the factory production plans, budgets and control the manufacturing conversion costs.Develop SOPs, SSOPs and Work Instrutions and make a training program to all all respective personnel.Implement HR procedures and policies in accordance with company policy and local legal requirements.Implement all necessary documents. procedures and practices for plant to compliance with Myanmar Legal requirements.

Liaise and coordinate with Enegineering contractors in special projects for upgrading and modification of semi-automated canning line and bottle packaging line including rearrangement of filling room, filling and seaming machines, conveyors , accumulation table, labelling machines, shrrink film machineand case packers, installation and start-up commission of a new automated 10.Mt/hr sweetened condensed milk process plant , chiller, rotary retorts for evaporated milk process plant and automated sugar discharging systems.Work hand-in-hand with maintenance department in troubleshooting during breakdowns and implementing VCS and preventice maintenance plans.Develop programs such as preventive maintenance, equipments servillance, calibration schedule and job plans for related equipment to achieve reliability and reducing breakdowns and maintenance costs.Assist in managing production operation for Milk, Syrup and Extra Virgin Olive Oil departments such as production shedules, PM plan, Corrective action plan and lead in root cause analysis during any process deviation occurred.Review and develop SOPs and SSOPs , ensure to meet products specified quality rrquirements and production effiency.Develop training programs for all production personnel related to their job functions and responsibilities.Coordinate and involve in QMS audit team to ensure production process and procedures are compliance with Nestle' quality requirements, FDA and USDA standards.Coordinate and involve in training and implementation programs of cGMPs, HACCP plan, SQF 2000 system, CAL OSHA and company Policies to all production personnel.

Manage a medium technicians and mechanics team and directly report to General Manager.Develop a fast and quality service delivery team by introduction the new innovative procedures and practices.Coordinate with other departments and plan own workload inorder to meet target deadlines in conflicting priorities during pressurized work environments.Liaise with machines, tools and parts suppliers by reviewing specifications, delivery date, right quality and quantity of ordered items.Perform energy audit analysis and redesign for air-cons system.Lead in maintenance, inspection, validation and reliabe improvement plan for workshop and its machinary and process.Liaise and coordinate with external experts during final stages of commissioning andconstruction.Ensure all Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental standards are carried out with compliance in daily basic.Perform, review and implement Risk Assessments, Work instructions, Standards manhours and Safety control procedures for job activities.

Coordinate and involve in plant and process installation.Develop SOPs, machines and process checklists, RM/PM and spare parts inventory and order status checklists.Develop and drive product and process improvements by using engineering methodology.Implement effective analysis system for root causes and develop preventive plans.Introduce and deliver new process technologies to achieve potential market competitives and cost benefits.Manage variable workload to meet operational and project commitments and company's goal.Identify and implement short and long term cost reduction plans through adopting of capacity buildings, time and manpower management.Liaise with suppliers and buyers for bussiness developments.Ensuring standards of personnel Hygiene, GMPs and HACCP procedures through training and monitoring practices.
