My knowledge and experience are strong for local gas station business, management, and wholesales fuel trading in Myanmar. Mainly I had exposure to set up Gas Stations from ground conditions include SOP, rules, regulations, and setting up the workforce, as well as reporting to TopManagement. I strong experience for managing monthly Cash Flow, Financial Statement, dealing with supplier for the procurement , and local government for respective licensing process. Local fuel trading practice is a little different from international practice. I had realized to study international practice and theory to compact with international. That's why I studied MBA. Currently, I have been studying English and Business Law which can support for smoothing the collaboration when I work with international organisation . I have achieved Diploma of Political Science of Myanmar which enhance the understand of the current political issue of Myanmar and International.
