I managed the all waiters work schedules for daily operation and I did as Department "Trainer" in the Brasserie Restaurant in Regent Taipei, Taiwan.I also did as a BUTLER after finishing the 9 months Butler cross training program which we have to go to the many departments of room division and food & Beverage division in the Hotel (Regent Taipei) for special training program.
