CSR- UN Global Compact COP reporting- CO2 Compensation project: overall strategy and communication strategy together with PR- Assisting the organisation on incoming questions about animal, chemical and general CSR policy.- Updating existing Mutual Business Agreement on CSR related parameters - Updating internal CSR policies- Supplier mapping of 1st, 2nd and 3rd tier suppliers to determine their level of social and environmental compliance- Staying up to date with latest news within CSR in general and in the fashion industryQuality Assurance- Updating existing General Quality Instruction including Quality Control and Physical Testing Requirements.- Screening the collections for potential risks of harmful chemicals and claims prevention due to physical properties, including follow up with sourcers and suppliers- Inhouse testing of styles: wash tests, wear tests etc.- Quality Control on incoming goods and coordination of 3rd party Quality Control- Correspondance with Test Agency on need for testing, result of test reports, test pricing, updates on Restricted Substance List, general quality concerns- Follow up and coordination in larger claims cases, including coordinating with warehouse, suppliers etc. - Follow up on new legislation in relation to harmful chemicals, labelling and product safety- Quality Assurance project to identify gaps in the process in order to prevent unnecessary claims issues.- Staying up to date on legislation and future of the fashion industry.

Responsible for: - Taking part in developement of new heavy knit styles- Sourcing for new yarns, techniques and suppliers- Daily communication with suppliers in Asia and Europe- Price negotiation- Check up on materials, sample quality and ensure that samples arrive on time
