-INOSC-West AMHS Administrator and Information and Incident Manager , I was responsible for the overall routing, processing and resolving of remedy tickets at a TIER 3 level for the INOSC-West, responsible for 280 information systems upgrades and patches using Systems Management Server for NIPR, SIPR, and RELCAN networks, researched and integrated the use of Directory Resources Applications (DRA) due to a prior migration of WINDOWS VISTA, managed, advised, and sustained the AMHS process for the INSOC-West by processing the x.509s to be forward to the Regional Call Facility (RCF) and managing organizational and user accounts.
