Expertise in employee benefit and ERISA law relating to the documentation of employee benefit plans and service arrangements, administration of qualified and non-qualified benefit programs, development and design of related investment products ( including insurance, annuity and stable value products) and trusts, working in close partnership with sales and services organizations. Also well versed in the tax reporting requirements associated with benefit arrangements. Area of particular expertise is in delivery and sale of financial products and services subject to fiduciary investment advice provisions of ERISA, the IRC and securities law requirements.
