As an Intel CBA, I was responsible for managing customers supply line included HP, IBM, HTC and others OEMs. My responsibilities include: -Supporting customers by managing the supply pipeline from the customer demand through the delivery of the product. -Managing the supply line and working with multiple groups both internally like sales, marketing, logistics, credit, finance, and others; and externally such as the customer, freight carriers, and others. -Responding to customer inquiries, building relationships with customers, and resolving customer issues. -Performing business analysis to influence customers; business decisions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and forecast and track revenue plan of record per account base. -Responsible for supply chain management and improving business processes to increase productivity and add value to the customer. -Communicating and representing customer business to internal stakeholders. -Building and managing effective business partnership with field sales and other internal business partners.
