Federal Quality Assurance Manager
CurrentQuality Assurance Manager for the LAN Managed Services (LMS) and Headquarters Engineering Services (HQES) Project at Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Responsible for all aspects related to the establishment, measurement, management, and reporting of acceptable service levels. Review and edit contract deliverable for accuracy before delivery to the customer. On a monthly basis, collect, review and edit Performance Management Review slides for accuracy before submitting to the customer. Ensure all service outages for the month are documented and outage times are calculated in accordance with the Service Level Agreements. Responsible for reviewing all LMS and HQES Change Request (CR) for accuracy before submittal to the Infrastructure Change Control Board (ICCB) for approval. Develop and implement quality and continuous improvement programs to minimize risks to the project. Ensure compliance and accountability for service assurance. Support development and delivery of all applicable contract documents, internal program documents, reports, and customized processes/procedures, mitigate/investigate issues, and other tasks/activities required to support successful execution of all identified requirements and responsibilities across all program areas. Support the delivery of services that continuously meet program specified performance standards, deliverables, and Service Level Agreements are continuously met in entirety. Perform quarterly audit of SolarWinds Inventory report to ensure accuracy of the billing statement. Attend weekly Staff, Schedule and Engineering meetings providing input and guidance to the team on any Performance Management and Quality related issues.
