Support development and delivery of all applicable contract documents, internal program documents, reports, and customized processes/procedures, mitigate/investigate issues, and other tasks/activities required to support successful execution of all identified requirements and responsibilities across all program areas. Support the delivery of services that continuously meet program specified performance standards, deliverables, and Service Level Agreements are continuously met in entirety. Perform quarterly audit of SolarWinds Inventory report to ensure accuracy of the billing statement. Attend weekly Staff, Schedule and Engineering meetings providing input and guidance to the team on any Performance Management and Quality related issues.
