As a member of Osaic's dedicated M&A, and Succession team, responsible for assisting our financial professionals grow their business through acquisitions, help them develop and implement continuity plans to protect their business in the event of permanent disability or death, and to ultimately help them structure a deal for when they are ready to retire. Coaching and coordinating the deals through to implementation and transitioning of the business.

Supported the President and CEO of Advisor Group with execution of strategic initiatives, managed multiple projects and managed relationships within multiple levels of the organization, including our financial professionals in the field.Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Assisted with Advisor Group's separation from AIG and moving to a stand alone company under Private Equity- Real Estate sourcing and relocation- Private Stock offering

Managed multiple team members in all of our four Home Office locations. Responsibilities were a blend of managing the quality assurance program for multiple departments as well as managing the four main call centers telephone volume and scheduling to ensure proper coverage. Coordinated with multiple departments to improve quality, skillsets and call routing to provide good service to our financial professionals.
