I’m a risk management and corporate governance professional with 7 years of experience in global governance and 15+ years of overall experience across departments and functions. I apply subject matter expertise on handling internal ethical dilemmas and deliver trainings and recommendations that uphold core values and cultivate a strong organizational culture. I have held various roles in the Walmart Global Governance Division for the past 7 years. In my current role as a global investigator, I conduct 90+ annual investigations to facilitate determination of outcomes for workplace violations. I gather and research information and evidence on violations and present findings to appropriate teams to move forward with legal decision-making processes.Prior to that, I worked as an ethics manager where I oversaw 80+ annual investigations and supported leaders by making recommendations to resolve cases. I facilitated preventative measures by implementing and delivering ethical training for 5 business units.I earned a Master of Arts in Corporate/Organizational Communication from Western Kentucky University. I also obtained a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology and Communication Broadcasting from Mississippi State University.I am adept at risk management, ethics training, and conflict resolution, which enable me to mitigate challenging situations and empower colleagues to make educated decisions.
