Key2 are a housing and support service for young people leaving care who have complex needs. Key2 are a private company providing independent living and support services across England. Currently operating services in over 20 Locations including; Oxford, Swindon, Gloucester, Bristol, Leicester, Birmingham, Basingstoke, Coventry, Northampton, Nottingham, Bradford, Surrey and Buckinghamshire.As part of their expansion in 2015, Key2 appointed me as their Team Manager to set up their Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire service. The service is now established and has a strong reputation within our industry. I am currently working towards my QCF Level 5 in Leadership in Health and Social care. I will hold this qualification by April 2020 (now June due to Covid19). As part of my role I oversee property management and support services we provide. I currently lead a small team and am the responsible lead for safeguarding, performance monitoring, internal training and keeping all policies and procedures up to date. I support our Area Operations Manager to secure new business and represent Key2 at inter-agency forums and events.

Providing supported housing to vulnerable members of society. Supporting those vulnerable adults and children into independent living. Multi agency working, supervising support workers and monitoring finances. Property management, Leadership, working to and within contract guidelines.

Leading on the "Young at Heart" voluntary service. Providing support in the community to elderly isolated members. I recruited and supervised 20 volunteers. I was involved in Multi agency working, networking and creating links within other voluntary organisations. I was responsible for advertising and marketing the project, I also fundraised during my time here to benefit service users and the community.
