- Through projects, mobilities and youth exchanges I was able to visit over 15 countries, also overseas, as a specialist or a part of the team.- I was able to learn project work, therefore I wrote and applied my own youth exchange in Germany.- As a skilled facilitator I am able to run trainings for teams between 2 and 50people with diverse knowledge in ice-breakers, energizers and team building activities.
