My approach to problem solving is rooted in my experience with the Canadian Military where I learned that overcoming obstacles requires discipline, determination and a team approach. Today, I tackle business challenges by spending time upfront understanding the key issues and digging into the things keeping sales teams up at night. I then leverage my deep industry and technical expertise to map out a solution. Along the way I’ve learned the value of over-communicating with project sponsors to report key learnings and reconfirm objectives.
