I currently am the owner/operator of Packard Consulting LLC, a library and business consultancy. My experience includes, but not limited to, leadership, management, marketing, communications and community outreach. At Sun Life I was the Internal Communications Manager. I have been a Library Director for 9 years. I hold an MLIS from the University of Missouri-Columbia, an MBA and B.S. from the University of Nebraska Kearney. My background and education has been very diverse and provided me with an extensive list of skills focusing on leadership, communication, analytics, operations, marketing, business management, and human resource management. I have also served as a Business adjunct for 4 years at a community college and taught courses through libraries on technology and management related topics.Specialties: Advanced technology skills and education, double master's degree, marketing/advertising, teaching, online learning, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
