Her overseas sales skills led to her involvement in the British Columbia Film Industry, where she focused on international sales.  Her extensive sales experience ultimately led her into the real estate industry, where she has remained for over 20 years. Working with some of Vancouver’s largest development teams at Macdonald Development Corporation, Wall Financial, and Rennie Project Marketing, Tina quickly excelled and was a top producer. Tina moved from a residential focus to the second home market and subsequently worked on resort real estate projects, contributing as an instrumental part of the development and sales teams.  She moved to Costa Rica 18 years ago, initially working with project sales with her company TS Water, layered with traditional real estate transactions.
