I ran the Baby Sensory business for East Cheshire. The business provides sensory development classes for babies from birth to 13 months old.Key responsibilities as the business owner were:- Hiring and training class leaders- Sourcing venues and negotiating terms.- Marketing the classes in the local areas.- Developing class numbers and providing first class service to ensure repeat business and referral.- Full P&L for the business.I acquired the business in 2010 and after a lot of hard work and development sold it for a profit in 2013.
