Tina Ben is a passionate woman, who is concerned about the well-being of every child. I help children and teenagers discover who they are and boost their self-esteem with self-made tools and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) which help to reshape their character and gain emotional intelligence. Currently, I act as a school counsellor in local schools, helping the kids understand their learning needs and providing materials to further equip children in underprivileged communities to become better individuals in our society.I also serve as assistant coordinator of Junior church at one church, where I ensure the flow of day-day operations, observing and making sure kids are comfortable in their classrooms and are well taken care of by teachers, also consciously building positive relationships with parents, children and teachers.Also, I observe, evaluate and affirm team heads and teachers to help them understand their strengths and encourage them in areas where improvement is possible.As a team leader, I communicate effectively and have strong motivational organisation skills. Before my present role, I have about 10years of experience in handling Children, young people and team leadership.I am the founder of the Tina Ben Foundation, where I volunteer as the project Team Leader to strategically carry out charity projects in rural communities especially in the area of education and a child's well being.As a passionate woman who sees something unique in everyone, I volunteer with youth for Christ Nigeria, where I assist the zone coordinator to teach young people from the age of 9-25years about leadership, self-discovering and Life skills in Secondary schools across Lagos. This has been an interesting journey for the past few 13years and a lot of lives have been transformed.I'm skilled in the Digital space, where I help small brands gain visibility online by using top social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and creating provoking content that helps to grow their audience and gain brand awareness.
