Having years of experience working within the Marine Assistance Industry, I have great insight into how an association supports its membership and principles through legislative actions, in meeting membership needs, and promoting the association’s ideals to the boating community. My background gives me insight into how a marine business must juggle legislative requirements, employment needs and serving the boating community with profitability. I believe this combination allows me to view issues on a number of levels and enables me to speak to the issues from different perspectives. Through this unique view, I am able to contribute to the continued growth and development of C-PORT and the Marine Assistance Industry it represents.Specialties: A well respected member of the marine community said this about me: “You are among the most knowledgeable people in the industry and it would be a great loss if you moved to another field. I have always admired your problem solving skill and your ability to interact with people in a way that brings them together even when they start from highly confrontational positions. You are a good negotiator and mediator, and the industry is fortunate to have you participating.”
