A dynamic and outgoing educational leader who is passionate about ensuring all children have acces to high quality learning experiences that are accessible and meaningful. I prioritize what goes on in a child's life outside of the classroom as much as what they experience within it. Extra-curricular provision, out of hours learning, children's health, well being and safety have always been high priorities due to a commitment to educating the whole child and ensuring that every child does indeed matter.To this end I have dedicated my career to ensuring that children most at risk receive fair and equal access to education both within school and outside of it. Through my work as a data driven School Leader I have been able to ensure the educational success of those students in my care. Through my work with the not for profit sector, and recently the corporate sector, I have been able to provide quality extra-curricular support to a much greater cohort. Ultimately, it is my ability to operate seamlessly with all stakeholders, and my belief that all sectors have a role to play, that ensures any program or school I am managing and involved with has an impact and gets results.
