Provide advice, assistance, problem solving, process engineering and technical support for firm wide Patent and Trademark communities. Work closely with Patent and Trademark attorneys, paralegals and support teams as well as administrative departments including Library, Conflicts, Records, Docket and Accounting for system and process integration. Coordinate Patent and Trademark IT initiatives with managers, subject matter experts, consultants and practice steering committees. Develop and execute project plans to meet business requirements. Currently managing the Office 2010 Project for the firm.

Managed technology for Palo Alto office with a staff of six supporting 300+ users. Successful management of projects including hardware and software rollouts, space build outs, design and implementation of data center. Created business cases and statements of work for practice groups to obtain industry standard software tools adding value and increasing productivity for attorneys and staff.

Design, implementation, administration and maintenance of 100+ node Novell LAN including IBM PCs, Macs and terminals running SCO Unix. Managed a department of four that provided all aspects of technology support including voice and data. Installed and supported trial sites and litigation support databases. Coordinated with litigation clients and attorney in data and hardware collection.
