I support the cohesive and strategic integration of climate change communication across Bank operations, in alignment with the IDB Group Institutional Strategy, through the development of a centralized and flexible narrative for the Sector, an external and internal communications strategy and a Sector Knowledge Plan. I cultivate relationships with internal and external IDB stakeholders and coordinate the creation and dissemination of high-quality knowledge products, produce international events, supervise editorial calendars, approve social media posts, revise blogs and draft press releases and Sector Management talking points. Moreover, I developed an internal communication strategy and designed monthly newsletters to enhance team engagement within the Sector. In my role as leader of a communications team, I identify knowledge gaps, coordinate multiple impact synergistic actions, and develop a communications onboarding plan and knowledge repository. Finally, I produce actionable insights, based on analytics and external trends, for strategic decision-making by Sector Management.
