Tina has over a decade of operational experience in a range of industries, including building a hybrid growth/product development function at a tech startup (acquired, 2016). Previously, she served as Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister of Fiji during the nation's democratic transition. She was also a member of the US Archery Team, an international competitor, Olympic trials qualifier and founded the archery team at Yale while an undergraduate there (3x All-Academic, 3x All-American). Most recently, Tina was a senior associate in the Capital Markets practice at Latham & Watkins in NYC, leading transactions and advising senior leadership at Fortune 100, 500 companies and large bulge banks. Tina's philanthropic interests include supporting local and national organizations by leading large-scale fundraising campaigns to support groups with missions to serve children's issues -- specifically, homelessness, illness and abuse. She currently serves as a board member of Social Creatures, an organization founded by Ph.D.'s that offers free educational & actionable resources grounded in the science of social connectedness.Tina serves as a guest lecturer at international law schools; mentors diverse and first generation law school students; performs transactional pro bono services for small businesses and not-for-profits in NYC; and serves as an active member in the alumni interview network of Yale University and the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.www.tinaontarget.com
