About Tina Claeson

I have worked as a Project manager since 2001. I got IPMA-certified at level C in 2007 and I got re-certificated in 2012. I have also had the role of SCRUM Master in some of my projects and I got certificated Agile Master in 2010.I have lead many different IT Projects at UC AB and at Länsförsäkringar AB.At UC I was responsible for their international system and the contact person towards the other countries in a European cooperation called Bignet, that UC was a part of. I lead some big projects within that area, but also projects towards different customers that required specific information and projects for getting new information into UCs systems. At UC I was responsible for the hole project circles, from collecting the requirements, through development, tests and implementation.At Länsförsäkringar I have lead different projects within the areas of Health, Broker service, Bank, Life, Non-life and BI. In most of the projects we worked Agile and in some of them I also had the role as SCRUM Master. I have lead projects in order to implement Länsförsäkringars new Intranet, digitizing of information to the Insurance Brokers and the customers and a new Case Management system for example. I have worked as Release Manager and asRequirement Manager both at UC and at Länsförsäkringar. At Länsförsäkringar I also have worked with different vendors in India since they outsourced the development in 2013. My focus is to deliver good solutions for business and customers and to motivate my teams to work together towards our common goal. I believe that the key to a successful project is good communication.

    I'm Backlog Owner for the banks Data Warehouse. I'm also working as a Requirement Manager for the new Data Warehouse we will start to build in 2020. I have been Project Manger for the banks PDS2 project. I started with evalute and choosing a partner for the PSD2 solution. The choice fell on Seavus. From November 2018 we worked to manage the delivery date at the 14th of September 2019 in an agile way with teams both in Stockholm, Belarus and North Macedonia. And in an agile way we manage to deliver the most important parts.
