I absolutely enjoy working in the fast paced ever growing e-commerce business. Our business is continually growing and changing and it’s so much fun. I am part of our club processing team printing labels for the warehouse. I've also worked out in the warehouse when needed, on the club line, pulling orders, in the QA station, and in returns. I was the lead teacher in the one year old room. We taught our babies how to walk, how to sign using sign language, how to use spoons and drink from a cup. We started teaching them about colors and shapes and even the alphabet. We did art projects and we loved to sing and dance. We also spent lots of time outside playing and learning about nature. We filled their day with a whole lot of learning but we also filled it with so much love and tons of fun.

I started out as a data entry clerk and quickly moved up to being the receptionist. I was promoted to account manager after two years. I answered phone calls, entered orders, handled customer service issues, went out on sales calls, and did some of my own purchasing. I really enjoyed purchasing. A customer would call looking for a non stock item and I had to go track it down, sometimes something that had to be made for them. It was a challenge that I thoroughly enjoyed. My passion was outstanding customer service. I completed fastener training, now I am a Certified Fastener Specialist. I was the branch social secretary which meant sending out information to be put in the quarterly newsletter. I was also the co-chair of our wellness committee. I was the back-up to accounting, assisting with any help needed, covering for her while she was out on vacation. I also helped out in the warehouse occasionally filling orders, helping with stock, or whatever was needed of me.SAP, Profit21, Salesforce
