Started in concurrent session coordinating in Oct 2013, promoted to department event coordinator in 2014 and administrative oversight role in 2015. - Primary tasks responsible were maintaining industry partnership, sponsor relationship and outreach to agencies and celebrity clients on behalf of the firm for events with guest speakers and sponsorship needs. - Assisted internal and external directors in vendor and logistics oversight, contract negotiation with suppliers, convention centers and hospitality venues, hotel group sales and third party registration vendors and housing bureaus (Eventbrite, Experient, cVent, Eventsphere). - Submitted RFP's for new events to host venues and vendors, submitted BEO's to host venues and director staff for approval. Oversaw accounts, budget and company inventory delegated to my department. Updated company riders and maintained a database of all industry and sponsorship contracts and guest speaker riders, arranged their travel itineraries and session schedules for all appearances. Also obtained experience overseeing admin related to housing attrition for individual events, logistics/tech/AV for breakout rooms and breakdown/setup and F&B requirements.
