Responsible for developing and managing trainings for the Ryan White Program at United Way and for the members of the APiC team across Alabama. Utilized Articulate360 to build interactive courses on a variety of topics from technical trainings (ServicePoint, SharePoint) to professional development (Workplace Harassment, Building a Shared Language, etc.) and post courses on LearnUpon LMS. Monitored course enrollments and completions and developed policies for the use and management of the LMS.
