Manage and lead human resources for 400 employees at 13 Los Angeles area locations to maintain a highly competent, culturally diverse workforce and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Provide insight and guidance to senior level management, manage administrative support staff, lead and faciltate staff development sessions, meetings. Act as intermediary between support staff and research staff.
