I will assist in moving forward the ideas and issues this amazing group of self advocates are working for. Development of a plain language RIGHTS pamphlet that was distributed province wide and a‘Rights game/presentation that opens conversations about people rights.

Presently I am a Mentor of Social Networks (Community Connectors) for an amazing organization called PLAN (Planned Lifetime Advocacy Network). Coaching/Mentoring a group of part-time dedicated Community Connectors. I assist the Community Connector in ways that will help them engage the family's, focus person, networks and community at large. Assist the Network and family advocated for the resources they needed. to the support focus person in their network.Produced system that streamlined hiring a training practices for a labour intensive recruitment model Coached people on systems to successfully build and strengthen personal social networks for people with a disability.

Community group that was 99% volunteered based that build a community garden,green space and playground.We work with other groups such as City of Vancouver, MOSAIC, and Grand-view Woodlands CPC and to build a better community.In the spring of 2010 I was the Project Manager of a team of volunteers, I led MOBY to complete the final 2 phases of the MOBY initiative. What was scheduled to take 15 months to plan and complete was finished in just 3 month. Every detail from planning, fundraising to recruiting 250 volunteers to build the playground in a single day was in my care. This inspiring project involved orchestrating actions between a multitude of organizations, stakeholders and individuals including: Vancouver City Hall, Vancouver Police Department, MOSAIC, SUCCESS, LTBK and many other groups and Community members that helped make this ambitious vision a success. Recruited and engaged 200 plus volunteers for Italian Day festival; this festival had not been produced for 10 years. I am very proud to be part of the team that brought this event back to life and so happy it is going on today.

Managed call in center and coordinated independent sales people across Canada. Initiated new call-out programs, up-selling techniques, sales scripts and follow-upprograms that increased sales and produced a standard message.

Successfully organized 350 accounts by telephone, written correspondence and attending trade shows.
