One of the founding directors of this innovative school program, which offered a virtual education option for middle school and high school students throughout the state of Oklahoma who struggled to find success in the traditional school model from August 2015 through June 2017. Implemented the ABLE Model - which is based on the premise that having Accountability in a Beneficial Learning Environment best serves the student community and allows for building trusting relationships. While our program was small and had limited resources, we proudly watched our students grow into strong independent learners and applauded those who graduated after completing their rigorous coursework and high school requirements. My role primarily was concerned with the finances and general operations required to help the school run efficiently and within budget. My favorite part of the job, however, was working side by side with the students who blessed my days with their youthful energy and commitment to not giving up on themselves.

ABLE Education Services provided consulting services for Oklahoma Virtual Programs.Main Projects include:* Assisting in the formation and approval of ABLE Charter School - an Oklahoma state-wide virtual charter school for 6th-12th grade students.* Creation of a database program which analyzed lessons available from 12 different online 3rd-12th grade curriculums and their associated state standards and determined which deficiencies might exist for a student learner and developed a responsive system to alert teachers of additional teaching resources they might use or recommend.* Advised on the implementation of a statewide testing plan for a virtual charter school with over 1,800 students (P4-12) with 6 testing sites; reaching the state goal of over 95% participation.

* I was a key administrator during their 1st year implementation of this virtual charter school,which started with approximately 1,200 students and grew to over 1,800 students while I was there.* In my primary role in professional development, I developed and facilitated a state-wide training program for 75 teachers using virtual, interactive learning systems, including the creation of a 3 week long (120 hour) in-service series which covered key organizational principles and 22 different software programs.* Designed and implemented a first year state-wide testing program, resulting in the administration of 1,835 OCCT/EOI standardized tests to students in grades 3-12.
