•Understand specification and standards of column internals and packing.•Understand clients' inquiry and RFQ, suggest the appropriate products, prepare and submit offer.•Understand process and mechanical datasheets and suggest appropriate changes to suit requirements of offered internals and packing during bidding stage.•Production schedule, costing, prepare technical proposals and commercial quotation.•Prepare technical reports, coordinate with other departments, and interface with clients to solve technical issues. •Follow the manage and control the prodution progress, ensure the quality.•Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress report to clients.•Coordinate with QC department, to submit QC report to clients.•Deliver Company Presentations – Product/Application specifications to potential customers.•Handling international sales of column internals, packing and trays. •Coordinate with After Sales Department, return visit clients, in case of any issues, response at first time.

1.Report to the project engineer & the project manager;2.Control the official information highway between ALMACO and customer or other authority;3.Store the received documents in it’s appropriate place or places, and inform all the necessary parties of stored data;4.Send the document & drawings to the vendors, send and receive transmittals;5.Documents & drawings status weekly review，make sure the production ones are the same with the latest revision in the system;6.Collect the inspection reports, and register the punch list, send to relevant person for weekly review;7.Upload and update documents in the system;8.Submit the necessary documents to the client’s site office;9.Assist with the as-built documents;10.Finish other tasks arranged by project leaders

1．Support the general manager to deal with the daily issues, contact with the departments, finish the tasks appointed by the leader;2．Provide administrative support to manage the big occasions of the company;3．Follow up the running situation of each department;4．Support the general manager to carry out company culture building work.;5．Arrange daily meeting according the general manager requirement, and take the records;6．Responsible for the examination and distribution of the general manager office documents.7．Support the general manager and department leaders to deal with the English e-mails, drawings and documents;8．Translate foreign documents and ensure the translation quality;9．Reception of foreign guests;10. Familiar and responsible for the ISO9001 system issues;11. Responsible for the recruitment work.
