As a dedicated Yoga Instructor and Painting Teacher, I am committed to helping others discover their inner strength, creativity, and balance. With expertise in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, as well as dynamic painting techniques, my mission is to empower individuals through the practices of mindfulness and artistic expression.Since beginning my yoga journey in 2016, I’ve been fortunate to learn from masters like Andrei Ram, Yoshio, Mariangel Romero, Dharma Mitre and Juan Carlos Linares. My practice has taken me from the bustling studios of New York City to the tranquil retreats of Bali, Indonesia. Armed with two 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certifications and specialized training in Yin Yoga, I bring a deep understanding and personal experience to each class I teach.At Yogaone Verdi, I lead classes that go beyond just physical postures. I focus on creating harmony between body and mind, as well as offering private group sessions and spiritual day retreats that provide a holistic approach to wellness. My teaching is rooted in the philosophy that yoga is a transformative tool for life, offering wisdom and guidance far beyond the mat.In addition to my work in yoga, I’m passionate about sharing the joy of painting. At Arte Bar Barcelona, I guide beginners through step-by-step painting sessions, exploring various styles such as Landscape, Portrait, Life Painting, Cubism, and Impressionism. Classes are designed to be engaging and supportive, helping students tap into their creative potential in a fun and relaxed environment.Whether on the mat or in front of a canvas, my mission is to inspire and support others in their creative and spiritual endeavors.
