Managed marketing campaign for a select group of top producing agents in the company. Campaign included high end magazines, real estate publications, and television commercials. While with Platinum Properties Real Estate, Inc. attended Hobbs Herder Gateway Seminar, completed Buffini 100 Days to Greatness and Buffini Peak Producer Training Program.

Managed new construction from inception to stabilization. Duties for projects in lease-up included market research and analysis, collateral material design, setting up and monitoring advertising efforts, creating and implementing marketing plans, hiring lease-up staff, conducting management and leasing training, submitting progress and leasing reports, and communicating with developer, project manager, and construction supervisor. In addition to new construction projects, supervised the overall operations for fee-managed properties. Responsibilities included supervision of on-site managers, preparing annual budgets, submitting monthly performance reports, and communicating with asset managers. Projects included: The Bernardin, Chicago, IL; The Cork Factory, Pittsburgh, PA; The Market Common Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, SC.

REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER. Responsible for the lease-up of the residential portion of a mixed-use development project in Arlington, Virginia, The Market Common Clarendon. Responsibilities included implementation of a marketing plan and development budget, market research, staffing, management and leasing training, communications with developer, project manager, and construction supervisor, presentation at monthly owner’s meeting, providing financial data for pro-forma budget, negotiating contracts, and implementing company policies and procedures.DISTRICT MANAGER. Acted as liaison between on-site property managers and portfolio managers for a major real estate investment advisor ensuring the financial performance of over 2,000 units. Responsibilities consisted of the following: maximizing rent growth, implementing pricing and concession strategies, controlling operating and capital expenses, budget administration and approval, monitoring markets for occupancy trends and economic conditions, and assisting due diligence teams in the acquisition and disposition of properties in targeted markets. Additional responsibilities included preparation and implementation of special projects such as regional meetings, presentations at such meetings, implementing a company wide safety awareness program, and conducting training classes while providing leadership, motivation, and consistent direction to on-site managers, floating manager, and administrative assistant.PROPERTY MANAGER. Responsible for the oversight and management of a 238-unit property in Nashville, Tennessee while providing support and training at other RREEF managed properties. Served as a director on the Board of the Nashville/Middle Tennessee Apartment Association.
