Manage residential rehab & new construction projects from start to finish. I source materials, hire subcontractors, supervise contractors, create project budgets, handle permits, coordinate inspections, negotiate contracts, handle payments, source leads for off market property and assist whereever else I am needed.

-Led team of 9 which consisted of 3 customer service reps, 1 purchasing agent & 4 yard men-Recruited and coordinated training for all new customer service representatives and forklift personnel for the location-Successfully implemented 5S frameworks which resulted in a zero harm environment under my leadership.

-I was chosen amongst 8 customer service representatives in our region to provide sales support for the #1 residential brick salesman in the region-Entered 20K order lines per month this ranked me at #3 company wide amongst over 50 customer service representatives-Provided support for the lead dispatcher by running daily driver scheduling reports and bill of ladings for shipments-I worked closely with residential builders,interior designers,contractors and homeowners in a showroom environment assisting with color selections, pricing order processing and general questions-I volunteered to take part in a project that consisted of group of 12 individuals tasked with developing the new system integration processes in preparation for company merger.

-Provided inside sales support for 3 outside commercial sales reps & 3 outside architectural sales reps-Source leads to build pipeline for sales team via BidClerk and Dodge Reports-Write & Distribute bid proposals before bid date deadline
