My duties include: Reconciling A/R & A/P accounts regularly, Payroll and Human Resources (40 employees), and Inventory for 3 plant locations which produce 3.7 million dollars in combined revenue annually. I post adjusting & journal entries and closing entries and oversee month end; I review and pay all applicable invoices, record inventory daily for all three plants in QuickBooks Pro – Manufacturing, process billing manually and electronically, post journal entries, maintain collection logs for all accounts with past due balances, post payments (cash, checks, credit cards), assist office staff with customer service calls when business dictates, close out books at month-end, and prepare all required tax documents for the company. I prepare P & L’s, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Analysis each month for the Owner and Vice President.

Prepared monthly P & L’s, processed weekly payroll, prepared all required tax documents for the Internal Revenue Service and the State of Florida, Department of Revenue. Managed A/P payments, created and maintained filing system and generated reports to support each financial application.

Managed business office for 180 bed nursing facility. Responsibilities included A/R, A/P, Payroll, Collections, Vendor Contracts, and supervising office staff. Also coordinated all admissions and interviewed potential residents and family members. Attended weekly department meetings, assisted Social Worker with resident matters, and assisted Administrator with correspondence.
