With 15 years of experience in Human Resources, I am passionate about developing and implementing policies and projects that support the long-term goals of IBFD, the leading international provider of cross-border tax expertise. My core competencies include organizational development, coaching, personal development, and HR communication. I am currently pursuing an Executive Master in Human Resource Management at Boertien Vergouwen Overduin, where I aim to deepen my knowledge and skills in strategic and innovative HR practices.As the HR Change Lead at IBFD, I work in close cooperation with Executive Board, managers and Works Council to create instruments and write policies that align with the company's vision and values. Some of the projects that we have performed are the development of a new Function House, the search for a new pension provider, and the research and development of Global Mobility in IBFD. I am also responsible for the content of our HR Communication, where I ensure that the messages are clear, consistent, and engaging. I use my skills in organizational development and coaching to facilitate change, empower employees, and foster a collaborative and positive work culture.
