Exposition Line Phase 2Lead Design Engineer on train control for Expo 2 that extends the Exposition Light Rail Line from Culver City to Santa Monica. It is 6.6 mile route that includes 7 new stations, which includes the design for 29 cases and 7 communication and signal rooms. Microprocessor used in this project is GE ElectrologIXS VLC. - Calculated the safe braking distances for control lines. - Helped design the block design. - Created 6 Route and Aspect Charts. - Designed 36 new location packages encompassing equipment, circuitry, and power load. - Updated 1 existing location package to integrate with existing Expo Phase 1 line. - Lead Engineer for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), which entails point to point inspection, simulator setup, debug and test functionality and software. - In charge of Build of Materials, control and organize engineering design changes, response to customer comments, and interface with the customers.- Lead Engineer for Field Acceptance Testing, which entails point to point, relay testing,and system setup and checkout for switch machines (H&K and Alstom), TWC (Hanning & Kahl), CAB (GETS), grade crossing, track circuit setup (Electrocode, PSO, and AC), interlocking and local control panel.- Test Engineer for System Integration Testing with a train.2. VTA Warm Springs - BART: • Enter track data into the BART in-house Profile Generator Computer Program • Generate speed profiles using the Profile Generator program• Create Control Limit Line Diagrams that show all speed commands in each track circuit3. Church and Duboce - SFMTA : New two single crossovers, diamond crossings, and replace and upgrade track switch signal control system.- Designed and furnished materials (cases, signals, switch machines, internal components)

Main responsibility is to review student schedules and help them plan their several years at UCSC to finish their program in the school of Engineering in a timely manner.
