Oversaw staff and CAPEX budgets totaling $10MM. Oversaw project to convert Inmar to a new source code management system.Managed a large custom software development project for an Inmar subsidiary. Moved all IT employees, assets and systems into Inmar’s offices and data center within 60 days of deal closing with no unplanned system downtime. Reduced firm’s IT operating budget by two-thirds by eliminating redundant infrastructure and support costs.• Evaluated numerous acquisition targets and product ideas during tenure.
