As a Registered Environmental Property Assessor (R.E.P.A.) and Environmental Professional with over 25 years of experience in environmental due diligence and environmental regulatory compliance, I have provided technical services regarding environmental liabilities for billions of dollars worth of commercial real estate throughout the United States. I have completed thousands of related due diligence projects, which uniquely qualifies me to manage Farallon’s entire due diligence program in conducting and reviewing work for Phase I ESAs, Environmental Evaluations, Risk Assessments, Phase II Subsurface Investigations, and Compliance Assessments for use by financial institutions, property developers, municipalities, lumber mills, property owners, attorneys, and private parties for residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial properties. I am a regular environmental due diligence contributor at various organizations and conferences, and have been a returning instructor at Continuing Legal Education events and Commercial Real Estate events throughout the country. A long-time active member of the ASTM International Committee on Environmental Assessment, Risk Management and Corrective Action, I serve on various technical committees for ASTM International and am directly involved in the development and updates to ASTM E1527, E1528, E2600, and E2247.
