My life purpose is to continue this journey of growth and awareness and then share with others what I have discovered.My career trajectory has been full of exciting successes and my share of failures, all teaching and preparing me for this role as coach, consultant, and teacher. I am a ferocious connoisseur of educational and business books as well as many high-level trainings.In 1993 I opened a luxury boutique brokerage that sold more homes per agent than any other brokerage in our collection of zip codes. I was the number 1 selling agent by dollar volume for 18 years and had the highest share of luxury home sales by more than quadruple my competition. I managed and ran this brokerage while also coaching and mentoring agents to get into production and to continuously grow their sales and their businesses year after year. After 20 years of amazing success, I was able to sell this business to a big brokerage and move to the SF Bay area.In 2016, I became a CEO | Team Leader and Broker of Record, launching a Keller Williams Franchise in Oakland / Berkeley. We grew to 3 offices with over 225 agents with the highest percentage of mega producers in the Northern California marketplace. I became an award-winning Team Leader who was an example of what bringing tremendous value to agents through training, coaching, and mentoring can do for their lives. Now I am bringing all of this training and experience to others to help them have the businesses and lives they deserve.
