Responsible for ensuring that Non Ferrous Scrap Products of ANAMET are exported to clients on time and in good order; and all necessary transportation and shipping related information is flawlessly handled, facilitating timely delivery of materials to the company’s clients.◍ Plan, coordinate and direct daily logistics and transportation activities.◍ Closely monitor EU requirements and specifications concerning the shipment of waste; ensure that all company’s export activities are in full compliance with the requirements and specifications.◍ Provide shipping instructions to transport providers for all inbound and outbound container-based traffic on a daily basis.◍ Monitor on a daily basis new sales agreements - agreed by the sales personnel - initiate and follow up with all necessary arrangements regarding transportation to locations selected by clients. Correspondence with clients.◍ Provide sales personnel with client orders related information timely and at regular intervals; inform sales personnel of any additional tasks required in order to expedite flawlessly all sales agreements in place (i.e., delayed deposits, missing documents, etc).◍ Ensure that all shipments relevant information is accurately and timely recorded in the company’s electronic information system.◍ Liaise closely with clients on issues regarding planning of shipments, and their accompanying documentation.

Responsible for the stock and imports of raw materials for both companies from Italy, Spain, Germany, Holland, Finland, France, South Korea, India.◎ Strategically plan of monthly imports in accordance with annual budgets and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.◎ Manage stock levels and delivery times according to the specific instructions provided by the supervisor◎ Coordinate full order cycle. Quoting prices to the customers, placing orders to the suppliers according to the planning, arranging shipments from supplier’s warehouses to company’s door.

Responsible for the exporting of Sanitary copper tubes to: Spain, Italy, Sweden, Romania, Algeria. Reported to Export Manager. ◉ Expanding existing customer base.◉ Promoting company’s products in new markets◉ Participating in designing new products according to customer’s requirements.◉ Visit to Agents and Clients in order to maintain business relationship.◉ Attendance in International Trade Shows.◉ Planning of monthly production schedules in accordance with annual budgets.◉ Respond to client’s enquiries and transmit company’s sales policy to new clients.◉ Calculate prices (after discussing with Export Manager) and send quotations to clients.◉ Follow-up of orders with Production Department and clients.◉ Transmit orders for metal booking on the London Metal Exchange to Group’s Metal Dpt.
