I'm a partner in Plesner's corporate finance team and I am specialised in M&A, Private Equity and general corporate law and provide advice to Danish and foreign clients. I have extensive experience with M&A and all aspects of corporate law - in particular experience with preparing, structuring and completing cross-border transactions, drafting of transaction documents, carve-outs, legal due diligence, W&I and negotiations concerning all aspects in M&A transactions. I have been involved in a large number of structured private M&A cross-border sales processes and I have advised a large number of Danish and international clients - both industrial, institutional and private equity - on high profiled transactions as well as medium and smaller size transactions.Further, I also assist clients with corporate- and commercial law matters. Finally, I have previously worked with restructuring- and bankruptcy proceedings and I have large experience with distressed M&A.
