I have 4.5 yrs Experience driving School Bus conventional, transit and special needs. I felt like a natural the first time I got behind the wheel. I had the best teachers when it comes to sales, merchandising and maintaining client relationships. I was first taught at Coggin Chevrolet how important it is to know your inventory and why specific accessories were preferred by which clients, by truly listening to them. In fleet I kept business relationships, while always on the move to create more. It was very similar in Flooring but so much more to learn Jeff Carr, now the owner of Flooring America in Ocoee, Florida and several other locations, was my teacher along with every single rep we ever had. No matter how much I knew I was never done learning. I not learned all the types of flooring and everything needed for perfect installation, materials needed as well as how they are installed and which products are best for different applications and why, I worked for him at multiple locations and was very beneficial at every one of them. His knowledge was vast and after nine years of learning from him and our many many different reps and our installers; This knowledge enabled me to become employed by Great Lakes Carpet and Tile the #1 Flooring company by the Better Business Bureau for the Villages located in Lady Lake and Wildwood, Florida. There I met the clients in the store picked multiple choices for their needs and desires, made an appointment to go to their home, measured for all needed applications, worked with my clients to design their home, from flooring to fancy designs as well as backsplashes in kitchens and bathrooms. I would than complete the sale, order their products, schedule their installations and after their install was complete, as I did in every sales position I ever had. I verified their complete 💯 satisfaction and built a relationship that would guarantee continued business as well as many referrals. This is who I am.
