Subjects include speed-reading and managing information overload.Management Systems: Conceived the methodology then managed and facilitated the implementation of a radical change solution to overcome significant cultural differences between two large teams (oil and chemicals) who simply did not want to take part in an impending major departmental merger within a downstream oil major. Developing and managing safety initiatives: Scripted, produced and presented the videos and roll-out resulting in increased safety awareness at work and at home.
