In 1988, Janet and I embarked on a remarkable journey together, founding Van Rylin Associates. Serving as the company's first employee, I have had the privilege of witnessing and contributing to its growth and success over the past 24 years.🔹 Mentorship & Growth:Janet has been more than a colleague; she has been a mentor and guide, imparting invaluable knowledge and expertise in both the construction industry and the intricate business of establishing lien rights for contractors. Her mentorship has been instrumental in shaping my career and fostering my growth within the company.🔹 Personal and Professional Balance:Seven years into my tenure at Van Rylin Associates, I made the decision to take a leave of absence to focus on raising my daughters.
