I carry out clerical duties for the Education, Culture and Sport Managers which consists of typing letters on a daily basis, including report and disciplinary/investigation statements.I receive Co-ordinated Support Plans (CSPs) which are for children with special needs. I proof read and format these and set deadlines for them to be reviewed one year later.

Duties included inputting revenue figures, preparing Powerpoint presentations for meetings, maintaining the onboard duty free computers and liaising with suppliers in Denmark and regional bases around the country. Helping out with the recruitment and selection process for Cabin Crew, holding interviews and sending out contracts, completing mail merges for.

Duties were arranging airside passes for Ground Staff, Flight Deck and Cabin Crew which included requesting a five year employment history and checking Disclosure certificates. Completing payroll for Ground Staff which included filling in excess baggage and Premier Gold commission spreadsheets, checking signing in and out sheets and calculating overtime..

Job roles included typing letters and general correspondence for a portfolio of clients, covering reception as and when required, working for the marketing Department organising networking events, sending out mail shots and booking flights and accommodation.

This job role included general administration duties, reception cover for two hours a day, doing PA duties for the Directors including planning their travel arrangements, compiling travel itineraries and arranging meetings. Also responsible for arranging monthly training courses for people from outside the UK to do technical training. Promoted in March.
