Oversee the 9 offices of Region 1 - Johnson City, Bristol, Kingsport, TN and Duffield, Abingdon, Dublin, Marion, Wytheville, and Roanoke, VA. Client relations. Ensure correct procedures are followed consistently across offices. Work with ownership and other executive team members to align company strategy with on-the-ground marketplace conditions. Communicate with branch offices to be sure everyone is on the same page. Fill in where needed. Screen, hire, discipline, and terminate staff employees as needed. Coach, cheerleader, liaison, and friend.
